Pea shoot and radish salad

**2 watermelon radish bunches

**3 cups pea shoots

1 avocado

¾ cup whole English peas

**Ed Mar’s Banklick Cream cheese for garish

Lemon vinaigrette of choice

Salt to taste


  1. Lay pea shoots on serving platter.

  2. Use mandoline slicer to achieve thin radish slices. Add radishes to pea shoots as well as whole peas.

  3. Slice avocado over top with shaved cheese.

  4. Drizzle with your favorite lemon vinaigrette and sprinkle sea salt to taste!
