How do i register?

 

Click on the "Shop Now" option under the heading, "For Households." Read through some helpful reminders and important ordering periods before scrolling to the bottom to select, "Register." Be sure to select the box indicating your status as a Buyer, rather than Supplier, and fill out the requested information. Your account type is considered, "Individua.l" An email confirmation will be sent to the provided address, with further instructions. Be sure to select your pick up location!

Where can i log in?

A link to log in can be found on the same page, following the directions above. Select, “Sign In” to be directed to the desired page. Add our Local Food Marketplace login page to your Favorites Bar so you can access us with ease in the future, or just type https://localfoodconnection.localfoodmarketplace.com/Account/Login into the address bar. 

To get our availability sheet twice a week, make sure you accept support@localfoodconnection.net as an approved contact and if you have a gmail email address, look for our email under your Promotions tab and “slide” it once into your inbox and will start to appear there.

How can i search for particular products?

On the left side of the ordering page, you can sort by suppliers (specific farms or food artisans), or by attributes such as: Certified Organic, Certified Naturally Grown, GAP Certified, Grass-Fed Only, Non GMO, or Imperfect Produce/Fourth Harvest.

When should I order?

We do deliveries twice a week. For Tuesday deliveries - order by Sunday at 11:59 pm. For Friday deliveries - order by Wednesday at 6:00 pm. Be sure you are shopping the correct delivery period (at the top left of the screen).

How do I pick a location? 


You will choose your pick up location as a part of the registration process. Once you select your buyer type as ‘household,’ you will be prompted to select your ‘Customer Distribution Location.’ The drop down menu will provide all of our distribution locations and you can change this at any time for each order you place. Distribution locations can also be found under the ‘Find out More’ tab on this site.

How do I know when my order is ready for me to pick up?

You will receive an email notification from support@localfoodconnection.net when your products have been dropped off at your distribution location and are ready to be picked up.
